•        Provide remote, real-time CART in English for virtual, in-person and hybrid meetings and events.

o        CART services must be provided remotely, and users must be able to see the translation on the Zoom platform.

o        A transcript of the captioning text (raw notes) must be provided, within a week, in a text file format that can be edited with Microsoft Word, at no additional costs.

•        Provide Digital Media Captioning in English of pre-recorded videos and audios of meetings, presentations speeches and publicity.

o        The captioning must be provided in a video file where we see the captioning over the original video/audio.

o        The work must be done remotely.
