| Bid Synopsis: |
Work consists of constructing a new 14,300 sq ft bus storage addition, as well as the remodeling and systems upgrade to the existing 43,175 sq ft facility. The related site work will provide additional parking, updated stormwater and necessary landscaping improvements. For this solicitation, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Quest will charge a $42.00 fee for this service. Download the bid documents and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement to access the electronic bid qualifications and bid worksheet. Bids must be entered and submitted by 1:45 p.m. (C.S.T) July 16, 2026. Bids will be read at 2:00 p.m. at City Center Building, Sixth Floor, 100 N Appleton Street, Appleton, WI 54911. A pre-bid conference has been scheduled beginning at 9:00. on June 29, 2026 at 801 Whitman Avenue, Appleton, WI 54914.
