NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake

County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m., July 9, 2026 and

immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into

the construction of North Wake Landfill HHW Rebuild located in Raleigh, NC.

An electronic copy of the contract documents (PDF) may be obtained from Accent Imaging free of charge

beginning Monday, June 1, 2026. Printed copies of the plans and specifications may be purchased from

Accent Imaging online or at (919)782-3332. Plans may be accessed for viewing and download at

http://www.planscope.com/. Questions or substitution requests should be directed to the architect,

Miranda Downer Potthoff, at miranda@esse-architects.com.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the North Wake Landfill Field Office at 9025 Deponie

Drive, Raleigh, NC 27614 at 9:30am local prevailing time, on June 16, 2026. A walk to the Household

Hazardous Waste collection area will follow the meeting.

Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its

construction program consistent with NCGS §143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the

Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 005500 of the Project Manual.

No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
