Christ the Redeemer Catholic Separate School Division
It is CTR’s intention to retain a construction manager for pre-construction services in relation to this project. The successful proposal shall collaborate closely with CTR and the geo-technical consultant. The successful proponent shall be engaged in the project upon the completion of the geo-technical consultants drilling program where the geo-technical consultant will conduct further investigation to determine the best methodology for stabilizing the hillside slope.
The successful proponent shall review drilling data, collaborate with the consultant and CTR to identify any risks and the constructability of the final design and to assist CTR with developing construction cost estimates throughout various phases of the project design.
