Description

It is the Government’s intent to restrict competition. This requirement is for commercial products and will be conducted using commercial acquisition procedures in conjunction with simplified acquisition procedures. This action is necessary because the USDA Forest Service requires specialized Teledyne ISCO Model 6712 stormwater sampling and flow-monitoring system components that must be fully compatible and interchangeable with existing ISCO systems presently installed and in use by the Forest Service. The equipment is required to monitor and collect stormwater from road test sections and must integrate with existing flow-monitoring and sampling equipment without requiring new information technology, data management systems, or replacement of existing components.

Responses must be submitted to the Primary Point of Contact listed in this notice no later than September 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT.
