desktops, laptops, ruggedized laptops, and docking stations. This procurement is part of
MDO’s annual workstation lifecycle program, which ensures that municipal staff have
secure, reliable, and modern computing tools to support service delivery.
The purpose of this RFQ is to replace approximately 110 aging computers and related
peripherals that are not compatible with Windows 11. The replacement program will
improve system performance, enhance reliability, and reduce risks associated with
unsupported hardware.
This RFQ covers the supply, warranty, and delivery of computer equipment only.
Deployment services such as imaging, configuration, installation, and disposal will be
conducted separately. Vendors responding to this RFQ should therefore focus on providing
competitive pricing and warranty support for the specified hardware categories detailed in the Appendices.
