The Technical Training & Development (TTDV) department is seeking to procure the marketing materials to strengthen TTDVs workforce presence, support employee engagement, and enhance recruitment efforts. The materials shall be process through Simplify acquisition. The materials will be released through two seasonal drops¿ Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter to mirror a collection-based approach that reinforces visibility and engagement throughout the year. Externally, high-volume items will support outreach, while select premium items will be used as raffle incentives to capture candidate information and strengthen the recruitment pipeline
