Solicitation Description:

The purpose of this limited competition Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Fixed Firm Price (FFP) contract to supply bus part kits. This effort supports WMATA's Bus Maintenance (BMNT) Heavy Overhaul and Maintenance Team (HOMT) in overhauling up to 75 buses from SR2307 Fleet 61. Midlife overhaul program aims to repair, replace, and refurbish buses approximately midway through their 15-year lifecycle to maintain a state of good repair. Each kit will support the overhaul of one bus.
