Description
The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting proposals for Arts & Culture Arts Programming. PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5:00 PM ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 7, 2025 to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 23, at 2:00pm in the Public Safety Building, City Council Chambers (78 Van Horn Ave, Tybee Island). Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
