ADDENDUM #3 - LOT MOWING FOR CODE COMPLIANCE - ANNUAL CONTRACT
To: All Interested Quoters
Quoters are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the above named quote documents. The following items are
issued to add to, modify, and clarify the quote documents. These items shall have the same force and effect as the original quote
documents. Quote Forms, to be submitted on the specified date, shall conform with the additions, deletions and revisions listed herein.
QUESTION / ANSWER:
Q1. Does the price that is entered in the table on page 10 of the bid document represent a "per cut" price, ie how are double
cut or triple cut requests compensated?
A1. The price is based on a 1 cut standard 80' x 125' lot. A double cut would be double that price, and a triple cut would be
triple that original one cut price.
For example, if your single cut is $2, then double cut for that same lot would be $4 and triple cut for that same lot would be
$6.
Quoters are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their quote forms. All other terms and conditions of the original quote
and contract documents remain the same.
