¿RFQ #66812-26-0004 ¿ Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services (Area Class 8.02)¿

The City of Douglas is soliciting qualifications from GDOT pre-qualified consulting
firms for Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) Services (Area Class 8.02) at
the Douglas Municipal Gene Chambers Airport.
This RFQ is intended solely for CEI services under Area Class 8.02. Lighting and
electrical design services are not included in this solicitation and are addressed separately
under Area Class 2.09b. Similarly, this RFQ excludes any design, planning, or airport
layout plan services, which are covered under Area Classes 2.09a and 1.08, respectively.
The City intends to establish a multi-year, task-order-based contract with the selected
firm(s) for a five-year period, with services to be assigned as needed based on FAA,
GDOT, and City project requirements.
Separate sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received for the provision of these
services for Douglas Municipal Gene Chambers Airport. Proposals can be addressed to
Mrs. Wynetta Bolder, City Clerk, and either mailed or delivered to 302 S. Madison
Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533 until Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, at 2:00 PM. All RFQ
