The City of Douglas is soliciting qualifications from qualified, experienced, and GDOT
pre-qualified firms (Area Class 2.09a) to provide Airport Design, Construction
Administration, and Inspection Services for projects funded by the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA), Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), and/or the City
of Douglas at the Douglas Municipal Airport.
The City intends to establish a multi-year, on-call agreement with the selected consultant(s)
for a five-year period, with services to be assigned on an as-needed basis in accordance with
FAA AC 150/5100-14E, GDOT requirements, and applicable federal and state laws.
Separate sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received for the provision of these
services for Douglas Municipal Gene Chambers Airport. Proposals can be addressed to
Mrs. Wynetta Bolder, City Clerk, and either mailed or delivered to 302 S. Madison
Avenue, Douglas, GA 31533 until Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, at 2:00 PM. All RFQ
