The project involves installing repairs on several roofs at Sterling Correctional Facility. These roof systems have been damaged by a windstorm. Five of the roofs are low slope and will require adhered EPDM roofing repairs. These repairs require the removal of the existing roof and insulation with replacement with like kind. One roof is a sloped standing seam metal roof system. A portion of this roof will also require new standing seam sheet metal roofing. The roofs involved in the project and a simple description of the repairs are listed below. The low slope roofing repairs have a total area of 38,050 sf.
