Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: WISCONSIN

City: GREEN BAY



Delineated Area:

North: Cherry Street

South: Crooks Street

West: S. Washington St. into N. Washington St.

East: N. Monroe Ave



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 900

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,400

Additional Requirements:




  • The offered space must be finished or require minimal work for occupancy January 2025.

  • The full space requirement must be met within the same building. Space must be contiguous on one floor.

  • The space must have a private restroom/bathroom located within the lease space or ability to isolate a restroom/bathroom within the suite through minor renovations.

  • One (1) on-site reserved parking space is required. There must be access to additional onsite or public parking within an acceptable walking distance as determined by the Government.

  • The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

  • Offered space shall be located in a commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use.

  • Space cannot be co-located with retail or rehabilitation centers (drug or criminal).

  • Buildings must have the ability to meet ISC Facility Security Level requirements as determined by the Federal Protection Service (FPS).



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). All expressions of interest must provide the following:




  • Name of the building,

  • address,

  • location of available space within the building,

  • rentable square feet offered,

  • estimated rental rates, and

  • contact information of authorized representative.



All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interest Due Date. Third parties will not be authorized to represent the Government on their behalf. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of any expressions of interest submitted.



In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, broker must provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.
