Description:

The project has 4 contracts.

D006371 GC, D006372 E, D006373 M, D006374 P

The Work consists of: Construction of a new gender neutral accessible shower house including shower and restroom units as well as related site work.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR (GCC)

General Construction Contractor is responsible for all items indicated in the Contract Documents, with the exception of items that fall under the responsibility of other Contracts as indicated below or elsewhere in the Contract Documents (Unless otherwise noted). The GCC is responsible for all work outside of the 5’-0” drip line including but not limited to: trenching and excavation, preparation and installation of conduit as specified in the contract documents. The General Construction Contractor will coordinate their work with other Contractors.

MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR

The Mechanical Contractor Work involves the installation of all items of all mechanical and HVAC work shown in the Contract Documents (unless otherwise noted), required for a complete and code compliant system. No work outside 5’-0” the building drip line is included in the Mechanical Contract. Mechanical Contractor will coordinate their work with other Contractors.

ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR

The Electrical Contractor Work involves the installation of all items of all electrical work shown in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to: electrical systems and components, wiring, electrical panels, fixtures, equipment, and connections as required for a complete and code compliant system. This includes site electrical and lighting work shown on the Contract Documents. Electrical Contractor will coordinate their work with other Contractors.

PLUMBING CONTRACTOR

The Plumbing Contractor Work involves the installation of all items of all plumbing work shown in the Contract Documents (unless otherwise noted), required for a complete and code compliant system. No work outside 5’-0” the building drip line is included in the Plumbing Contract. Plumbing work outside 5’-0” the building drip line is included in the GCC Contract. Plumber is responsible for connection at the transition point. Plumbing Contractor will coordinate their work with other Contractors.
