Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified firm to provide small water meter replacement/new installation services and large water meter testing, calibration, repair, and replacement/new installations services on an as needed basis. Any resultant contract shall be subject to renewal for subsequent periods as provided for within the Special Terms and Conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The requirements outlined in this scope of work are specific to the City of Tempe only.
