Main St. The Construction Manager will need to work in collaboration with the design team and Owner for pre-construction services, and throughout the duration of Construction. The schedule for the project is proposed as follows, Pre-Construction Design phase until July 2026, Bidding phase August 2026, and Construction Duration September 2026 through November 2027. The building is estimated to be 55,000 square feet. |
