NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – Audit
The identified vendor will:
Audit of Shelby County Government, Shelby County Retirement System and
Memphis/Shelby County Schools.
1. Audit the FY26 financial transactions of:
a. Shelby County Government and every County office
b. Shelby County Retirement System
c. Memphis/Shelby County Schools
2. Must be a certified public accounting firm with training, expertise and certifications
to perform said audit
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Audit of FY26 Financials
2. Staff available for full audit beginning Sept 2026 with audit deadline of 12/31/26
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
caterra.farmer@shelbycountytn.gov.
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on June 8, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
