NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – Eproperty Innovations LLC’s ePropertyPlus Property
Management System
The identified vendor will:
1. Be knowledgeable and provide a secure and comprehensive real estate asset management
tracking system to monitor existing and new incoming asset items.
2. Be knowledgeable and provide a service maintenance system within the inventory asset
management system to create and track service issues on inventory assets.
3. Be knowledgeable and provide an application system within the inventory asset
management system where applications can be received, processed, and tracked.
4. Be knowledgeable and provide access to a public website where the public can create a
user account, review existing inventory assets, and submit and track applications to
purchase available inventory assets.
5. Be knowledgeable and provide secure API connectivity to be able to combine the asset
management system to other required operating systems or subscription system items as
needed.
6. Be knowledgeable and provide team onboarding support and system updates for future
enhancements that may be needed or provided by your organization.
7. Be knowledgeable and provide an online bidding system within and between the asset
management system and the public website.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. ePropertyPlus Property Management System services to be provided for the term of
07/01/2026 through 06/30/2026
2. ePropertyPlus Property Management System services to be rendered by EProperty
Innovations LLC

In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) business days prior to award.
Notice expires on June 8, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
