Building Automation Systems - Maintenance and Repair Services

Project Description: The Facility Operations Division of the General Services Department is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 180 buildings, including offices, fire houses, police division offices, and equipment shops, that house various City activities. The City also maintains cultural facilities, including museums and arenas that serve as venues for sports, entertainment, and other events.
The City plans to contract with one or more companies to provide routine, Carrier-based building automation systems maintenance, repair, and support services. Companies responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Carrier Building Automation Systems (BAS) Support Services Contract must meet the following qualifications to be considered.
