Bids shall be submitted on the attached form by email, with the subject line plainly marked "Bid #15-26 Trailer Mounted Portable Generator" and shall be sent to the Purchasing Agent at the above address.
Delivery to be made upon receipt of purchase order and shall be F.O.B., Pollution Abatement Department, 111 Waterman Drive, South Portland.
Vendors must be registered to submit a proposal. Proposals from vendors not registered with the City may be rejected; receipt of this document directly from the City or having downloaded the document on the City’s website indicates registration. All proposals shall include the enclosed Proposal forms. Proposals will remain open for sixty (60) days after their opening.
All equipment offered to be brand new, the latest model available as specified, and of good quality and workmanship. Bidders shall submit, illustrated, descriptive literature and/or catalogs on what they are offering, with material marked to indicate both the standard factory and optional equipment being bid. The manufacturer’s printed warranty information shall be submitted, if requested. The equipment shall be in full compliance with any and all applicable O.S.H.A., D.O.T., ANSI, Federal, State and/or municipal regulations.
All bids shall remain open to acceptance for ninety (90) days after their opening. Bids that are late, not submitted on the forms provided, submitted without signatures, and/or submitted by fax shall not be accepted.
