Bid No.: 25-26/25, As-Needed Preventative Roofing Maintenance and Minor

Emergency Work

This Addendum modifies the Bid. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space

provided on the Bid Form (Attachment 2). Failure to do so may disqualify your bid.

The following are responses to questions that Bidders submitted by the deadline

set forth in the Bid.

1. Question: Are you able to add C-43 license holders to the potential bidder list?

Response: A C43 license cannot be in lieu of the required C39 license but can certainly

be an additional license.

2. Question: Are you able to verify if a PLA (Project Labor Agreement) will be required or

not?

Response: The Port’s Maritime and Aviation Project Labor Agreement will not be

required for this work.

There are no other questions to Bid No. 25-26/25.
