REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide molecular diagnostic test kits and consumables compatible with current Government-owned Cepheid instrumentation. Current, Government-owned Cepheid GeneXpert models include the Cepheid Infinity-48S, XVI, IV, and Xpress. VISN 19 clinical laboratory locations are listed below:

Testing kits, reagents, supplies, and consumables are required so the VA Pathology and Laboratory Services listed above can perform the following microbiology molecular diagnostic testing at a firm-fixed price:
