MDH SW Upgrade Quest Volume Reporting

MDH MNIT Services intends to enter into a one-year (12 months) to provide Volume Reporting software to MN Dept. of Health's (MDH) Quest Analytics program. This purchase will upgrade the system to provide needed reports.

The reports allow MDH to identify how many additional providers would be needed to fill gaps in provider networks, and if those providers are available within required statutory distances. The new reporting relies on data already provided by MDH, and processed using Quest Analytics software, so only the reporting function is being added. This upgrade/additional functionality will allow MDH to comply with legislative changes under MN Statutes 62K.10.

MNIT Services has deemed this to be a single source purchase because quest Analytics is the only commercially available provider to provide this system update at is compatible with the existing system
