The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) intends to pay its annual membership dues and renew an agreement with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), for up to 12 months, to provide support and access for the AASHTO Technical Service Programs. These programs specifically include: AASHTO Design Guidelines, AASHTO Environmental Management, AASHTO Equipment Management, AASHTO Innovation Management, AASHTO Materials Guidelines, AASHTO Performance Management, AASHTO Preservation Management,AASHTO Product Evaluation and Audit Solutions, AASHTO Rail Management, AASHTO re:source, AASHTO Resilience and Sustainability Management, AASHTO Safety Hardware Management, AASHTO Safety Management, AASHTO Structures Guidelines, AASHTO Technical Training Solutions, AASHTO Transit Management, AASHTO Winter Weather Management, National Operations Center of Excellence Technical Service Program (NOCoE), and Operations Technical Services Program.
AASHTO is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing highway and transportation departments in the 50 states. MnDOT has determined that AASHTO is the only available provider for support to the Technical Service Programs. This program is not offered by any other entity and the required support is not available from any third-party providers.
