The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS), on behalf of the State Fire Marshal (SFM), intends to enter into an agreement with Aristatek for the following software products: PEAC Station Unlimited Offline Desktop – Online Web License (three-year term) and Facility T2 Worst-Case Hazard Analysis Software (one-year term).
This agreement supports the SFM’s efforts to update its teams with the latest software versions, including worst-case and Tier II data critical for maintaining standardization and incorporating safety updates. These tools are essential for effective response and pre-planning activities. The software will continue to provide critical functionality to the State’s Hazardous Materials Response Teams, Emergency Managers, and local jurisdictions during training, exercises, and actual incident responses.
DPS and SFM have determined that other software solutions are not compatible with the current PEAC system in use. As such, this procurement is deemed a single source because the required products and updates are exclusively available through Aristatek.
