TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN
NOTICE OF 2026 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT

The Township Committee of the Township of Millburn has awarded the following professional contract without competitive bidding unless otherwise noted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii) at their August 11, 2026 meeting.  Once executed, this contract and the resolution authorizing it is available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ  07041. The contract is authorized for one year through August 11, 2027.

Professional Service
Awarded to:       Princeton Hydro, LLC., 35 Clark Street, Suite 200, Trenton, NJ 08611
Services:             Professional Engineering consulting services required to conduct a study of an approximately two-mile long
section of a stream channel which is a tributary to the Van Winkle Brook
Amount:              as detailed in their submitted proposal dated June 9, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $54,900.00
