CLASSIFICATION STUDY. The City of Andover, Minnesota, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Job Classification, Compensation, and Total Rewards Study. The project will include review of job descriptions and classifications, market compensation analysis, internal equity and pay structure review, total rewards benchmarking, development of a compensation philosophy, implementation recommendations, and staff training. The City seeks a practical, sustainable system that supports recruitment and retention, fiscal responsibility, and compliance with the Minnesota Local Government Pay Equity Act.
