FENCE INSTALLATION SERVICES. The City of Bemidji (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide fence installation services. Proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2026. Late proposals will not be considered. The City seeks a qualified company to design, and construct four (4) fences at recently built ground mount solar facilities. The City expects the sites to be constructed to industry standards and acquire all necessary permits. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the fencing installation. The project is also intended to secure the solar sites while at the same time making them aesthetically pleasing.
