2025-SLPP-005 Septic System Repair

This Request for Quotes is issued by George Washington Regional Commission (âOwnerâ) to obtain quotes from experienced contractors to repair an existing failed septic system including replacement of distribution box, install three new trenches and all work as described in the Scope of Work outlined below. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Brianna Heath, phone 540-642-1575, the Ownerâs designated representative. Once the work starts, it shall be worked continuously until satisfactory completion.Vendors shall submit a lump sum price for a complete turnkey job as described in the Scope of Work.All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. All vendor site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in similar work. A qualified site supervisor shall be on site at all times during the Work.All quotes must be received by December 1, 2025 no later than 2 pm local time at the GWRC Offices at 406 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 or by email to septicrelief@gwregion.org. Award will be given to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of Total Base Quote.
