Repurpose the fountain at the Building no. 1 historical entrance by turning it into a planter. Remove current plumbing, top-interior layer of tile veneer, bump-out for plumbing located in the northeast corner of the fountain (see Photo no. 4), water and debris inside the fountain, and electrical back to the source. Relabel the circuit breaker to be a spare. Once all piping, plumbing, and ancillary items are removed; drill holes at the bottom of the basin. Place planting soil inside the basin to a later determined height. Remove and replace the tile on the top of the fountain with a natural earth-tone stone tile. Soft wash the outside siding of the fountain when finished.
