The original specification documents for the above-referenced project, scheduled for the opening date
indicated above, are amended as noted herein Addendum No. 1.
Receipt of this Addendum shall be acknowledged by inserting its number and date in the section titled
"Bid Lead Sheet". Failure to properly acknowledge this Addendum may subject the bidder to
disqualification. The following pages describe this addendum in detail. Contractor shall include all
resultant costs as a result of this Addendum in their bid proposal.
All other provisions of the project shall remain as stated in the original Request For Proposal documents.

SUPPLEMENTAL ADDENDUM REMARKS AND CLARIFICATIONS
1. Part 2 - Project Scope, Section 2.1 Right-To-Use Licenses
The following line shall be removed from sub-section 2.1.8
