Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) roof and siding replacement services as described herein.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, licenses, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing roofing and siding material and install a metal roofing and siding system consisting of underlayment, prefinished manufactured metal roof and siding panels, gutters, downspouts, fasteners, sealants, snow guards, and accessories and components required for a complete, securely fastened and weathertight installation at San Luis Obispo Maintenance Station (MS) in San Luis Obispo County. Contractor shall remove and replace all trim and flashing at the two roll up doors, all windows and entry door to ensure a weathertight seal.
