Parks and Recreation - Design Services for Quarterly Activity Guide

The City of Yorba Linda’s Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide design, artwork and layout for the quarterly Recreation Activity Guide. The period of this contract covers September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 (a total off our (4) issues: (Issues Winter 2027 through Fall 2027). Staff is looking for a company with knowledge of graphic design and artwork that can produce and retain the formatting of the current eye-catching Activity Guide. The Recreation Activity Guide is a quarterly brochure that is mailed to every household in Yorba Linda. The Activity Guide informs the public of a variety of classes, activities, special events and registration information. This Request for Proposal is for design and layout of the information. Printing and distribution of the Activity Guide is handled by a separate contract.
