Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Refurbishment of MSGQ Bathrooms & Restrooms. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow all solicitation instructions, and complete the required portions of the attached document.
A site visit has been scheduled for February 20, 2025, at 09:00 AM Kuwait local time. For more information, please refer to page 35 in the RFQ.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
