2026 STEEL MATERIALS FOR BRIDGE REPLACEMENT BID

INVITATION TO BID.  Riley County is accepting bids for steel elements for a bridge project located on Airport Road, near Manhattan, Kansas 66503, in Riley County, Kansas. Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the office of the County Clerk, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, Kansas until 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2026.  Bids will then be read aloud in the Commissioners' Chambers Located at Family and Child Resource Center  2101 Claflin Rd, Room 124, Manhattan, KS 66502 at 9:50 a.m., Thursday, January 29, 2026. Bid forms and specifications may be acquired at the Riley County Public Works Office, 6215 Tuttle Creek Blvd., Manhattan, Kansas 66503.  Phone 785-537-6330. All bidders must be on the bidders list to be eligible. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 30 days following the opening of bids. The Riley County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive formalities in considering Bids and to accept the Bid which, in the Board’s opinion, is in the best interest of Riley County.
