Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 143-131 and city policy, sealed proposals endorsed “WLGC Greens Replacement

Rebid, IF26109” will be received by City/County Purchasing, City Hall, 101 North Main Street, Winston-

Salem, NC until the date and time listed above. *This will not be a public bid opening!* The City reserves

the right to waive any informality in the bidding procedures and to reject any or all proposals.

Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Other

required qualifications are detailed in specifications.

encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents. The bid documents

include the bid package with specifications and the plans.

Scope summary: This project includes removal and replacement of the putting surface for #13 green and

the green complexes for holes #16 & 17.

The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 6% MBE and 4% WBE and must be met separately.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM, January 13, 2026 at 3535 Winston

Lake Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. Meet inside the clubhouse at the snack bar area.

The purpose of this conference is to summarize the scope of work involved for this project and allow

interested bidders to conduct their due diligence. The City will not consider bids from companies who

do not have a representative present at the pre-bid and/or who fails to record their attendance on the sign-

in sheet.
