Description:

|
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain fixed-price proposals from qualified organizations to staff and operate an Adult Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center (CRSC). The CRSC will serve as the cornerstone of Loudoun County’s behavioral health crisis service continuum, providing comprehensive and evidence-based care for adults experiencing behavioral health crises.
Construction of the CRSC is currently underway, with an estimated completion date of February 2026. The facility is located at 16480 Meadowview Court, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on October 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m.
