The San Bernardino County Probation Department is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide in person sex offender treatment. Qualified Proposers are qualified organizations, firms, and individuals, who are Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors who are certified by the California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB).

Eligible Providers must demonstrate their ability to assess and provide face to face therapy to sex offenders who are Probation Department Youth and Justice-Involved Youth. Eligible Providers can be either private practice providers or counseling agencies/organizations that employ qualified, licensed personnel and registered associates as listed above, on a fee-for service basis. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the Proposals (Qualification Packets) received.
Current Contractors must submit Proposals (Qualification Packets) in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP), and be selected, in order to continue providing sex offender treatment.
