    The Minnesota State Patrol (“MSP”), a division of the Department of Public Safety (“DPS”), is requesting proposals from Responders that can provide two (2) presenters who will work in tandem to conduct a customized wellness program of eight (8) seminars focused on the topic of critical incidents in law enforcement environments, the personal and professional challenges encountered in their aftermath, and tools for first responders and their families to address these tough issues in ways that will promote healthy relationships and resilience for law enforcement families. The anticipated program will address topics relevant to the impact of critical incidents, including loss, relationships, survivor’s guilt and grief, post-traumatic stress, and post-traumatic growth. Attendees will include sworn and non-sworn MSP incumbents.
