Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Transportation (DOT) , intend to enter into an agreement up to one year w ith PROFESSIONAL FLIGHT MGMT INC for continued, uninterrupted use of PROFESSIONAL FLIGHT MGMT INC (PFM) Software to be renewed (02/01/2025 - 02/31/2026).

PROFESSIONAL FLIGHT MGMT provides a customized “operations management system” that includes these product/services; Hosting Services, Web Calendars (2), Wireless App for Crew, Crew FOCAS Calendar, Airport & FBO Database, 24/7 Customer Support . PROFESSIONAL FLIGHT MGMT INC retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary Professional Flight Management’s Scheduling and Recordkeeping SaaS applications. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
