| Description: | The City of Cedar Falls is seeking qualified roofing contractors to submit proposals for the complete removal and replacement of the roofing system at the Cedar Falls Public Works Building, located at 2200 Technology Parkway. The project is being undertaken due to hail damage and is supported by an insurance claim. | |
| Additional Description: | The existing roofing system is approximately 15 years old and covers approximately 110,060 square feet. The current system consists of a 0.050” PVC membrane over polyisocyanurate insulation. Bidders must submit pricing for two roofing system options, each with an alternate for extended warranty coverage. |
