OCEAN & CHARLIE PARKS PLANTINGS, LANDSCAPING & LAWN SERVICES

The Town of Oak Bluffs seeks bids from qualified contractors interested in the 3-year contract for the annual plantings of Ocean Park and landscaping & lawn services for both Ocean and Charlie Parks at 2 Seaview Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA, 02557, in accordance with the specification set forth within the Invitation for Bid (IFB) document.

This invitation to bid is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B Section 39M, Public Works Construction Contracts. Contractors will be required to pay the prevailing wage, provide 5% bid bond and 50% payment bond for bids over $50,000, certify employees have completed OSHA training.

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Wednesday January 15, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids must be delivered to the Town Administrator's Office, 56 School Street, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to reject or accept any or all bids if it is in the public’s interest to do so.
