Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service for the facility, located at 2834 Route 17M, New Hampton, NY 10958.

The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 11:00am ET. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 3:00pm ET.

Questions from potential bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Wednesday, July 30, 2025 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by August 6, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
