Project Description: A mandatory pre-bid meeting is being conducted on March 24, 2026 @ 11:00 am at EMC Public Works 2565 N Pony Express Parkway Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005.
Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for the Eagle Mountain Well 1 Culinary Water Pipeline Project. This project will consist of connecting on to the existing 16-inch water line from well 1 and extending a new PVC waterline south to Pole Canyon Road and east to Lake Mountain Road where it will connect to an existing 16-inch waterline. From Lake Mountain Road, the new 16-inch water line will extend south approximately 850 feet and will include an 8” water line connection to an existing development on the east. An existing 10-inch water line will be disconnected from the existing system and abandoned in place.
ATTENTION:
Sealed bids for this project will be open until April 1, 2026 @ 12:00 pm (noon) at which time the proposals will be opened and reviewed.
The following documents will be required with bidding documents and/or with a contract award.
** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents**
Insurance verification with bid, Certificate of Insurance at contract signing
** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing **
Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will not be considered.
OPENING OF BIDS:
Bids will be opened on or around the bid closing. Results will be posted after bids have been evaluated. Vendors who submit a bid will be notified of the results via email. The email will include a spreadsheet of all vendors, and the amounts of the bids submitted for the project. Please include the name and email address of your contact person in the cover letter so we can send the notification of bid results. Bids will also be posted on Eaglemountaincity.com/purchasing. Once a vendor is chosen for the awarded contract all vendors will be notified of the vendor who will be awarded the contract. The chosen vendor will submit the remaining required insurance, bonds, and other required documentation with a signed contract.
