Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4 is contracting for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a period of 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years with Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Orders to be placed based subject to station level needs and the availability of funds. NCO 4 is seeking driver rehablitation services to eligble veterans to assess their ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
