PARKSIDE ESTATES, WOOD ACRES, AND 6 TH STREET WATER MAIN AND SERVICE REPLACEMENT

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, replacing aging water pipelines, water meters, valves, and hydrants within two neighborhoods.

The project is located in two neighborhoods within the City of Ceres, referred to as Project Location #1 (Phase 1) and Project Location #2 (Phase 2).

• Project Location #1 (Phase 1) is bordered by Caswell Avenue to the north, Moffett Road to the east, E. Whitmore Avenue to the south, and 5th Street to the west.

• Project Location #2 (Phase 2) is bordered by Fowler Road to the north, Mitchell Road to the east, Garrison Street to the south, and Rose Avenue to the west.

Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Drawings and Technical Specifications Plans, City of Ceres Standard Specifications (Standard Specifications) and Typical Details, and the Special Conditions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.

Bids are required for the entire work described herein.
