NOTICE is hereby given that sealed proposals for Rooftop HVAC UNIT Replacement
BID SPECIFICATION NUMBER: 26-5
Will be received no later than 10:00 AM prevailing time on April 23, 22026 at the
Collingswood Borough Hall, 678 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey 08108
Bids will be collected and opened publicly at the Borough of Collingswood Senior
Community Center at 30 W. Collings Ave. Collingswood NJ
Bids must be addressed to the Borough Clerk, 678 Haddon Avenue,
Collingswood, New Jersey, 08108 and will be opened and read publicly at the
above time and date, and should be in a sealed envelope marked:
Roof top HVAC Unit Replacement
DO NOT OPEN UNTIL: 04/23/2026 @ 10:00 AM
PROPOSAL forms, instructions to bidders, specifications and other bidding
documents may be examined or obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk during
normal business hours or from the Borough website.
The Borough Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or
in part, and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
BIDDERS are required to comply with the requirement of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127,
and P.L. 1977, Chapter 33.
