This project was previously advertised under IFB 6100063034. PennDOT intends to purchase up to sixty new, never titled Benelli 302, Kawasaki Eliminator, Kawasaki W230, and Honda Rebel 300 models for the Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program (PAMSP) rider safety training program. Motorcycles purchased must meet the definition, specifications and or requirements for the rider safety training program. The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement. There is no DBE Goal established for this procurement. Deliveries of the new Motorcycles will need to be made to the Department of Transportation, at 3325 Connelly Road Emigsville, PA 17318
