08 09 2024 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR MONONA LED STREETLIGHT RETROFIT MATERIALS PURCHASE City of Monona Dane County, Wisconsin
BID OPENING: THURSDAY, October 31, 2024, AT 1:00PM – Virtually via Zoom link provided at end of this advertisement.
The City of Monona will receive bids via email to Brad Bruun, bbruun@ci.monona.wi.us at the time and date stated above, at which time, all Bids will be opened and processed virtually via the Zoom link shared at the end of this posting.
This project will be bid as a materials procurement bid. Bidders will be asked to provide the following:
A project manual with specifications and WisDOT/Federal bidding requirements is attached to this bid advertisement.
Expected Date of the Notice of Bid Award is November 19 , 2024. Process of the order form and purchase agreement must be completed no less than 15 days after notice of bid award.
Bids may not be withdrawn within 30 days after the date of the bid opening. The City of Monona reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
Wisconsin S.S. 84.06(2) and/or 66.0901 . 23 USC112 d 23 CFR 635.112(f) regulations apply to this bid and by submitting a bid for this project the bidder confirms they have examined and carefully prepared the bid and that the bidder has not participated in any collusive activity or restraint of trade in connection with the bid preparation. Wisconsin SS 66.0901. 23 CFR 635.112 requires that on all Published by the authority of the City of Monona via VendorNet.gov and published in the Wisconsin State Journal on October 17 and October 24, 2024.
